As you travel Route 19 through Inverness County, Cape Breton you arrive in the small village of Glenville. The Glenora Inn & Distillery is home of Glen Breton Rare, North Americas First Single Malt Whisky.

The property is comprised of the distillery and pub serving renouned local seafood and the opportunity to partake in a ceilidh. In Cape Breton a ceilidh is a gathering that is often centered around music, story telling, food and beverage. There is also the option to stay for the evening (so you don’t have to worry about tasting and driving!) at the Inn. If you fancy a little private time with your honey there is six self contained log chalets which are nestled on the mountainside and overlook the distillery and the scenic glen where eagles soar.
