Candace’s Summer Quinoa Salad

2 cups quinoa
1 mango (cut into cubes)
1 cup of strawberries (cut into quarters)
½ cup of crushed pecans
½ a lime (squeeze over salad as dressing)
Cranberry cinnamon goat cheese (sprinkled on top)

This is the easiest and most delicious summer snack, and it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
