The Toronto Underground Market is a monthly food event that invites food aficionados, pop-up restaurant chefs, and at-home cookers to wow the masses at the Evergreen Brickworks with their eats. It is an incredible event that deserves all the support it’s getting and more—but the market, because of the hundreds of guests and limited space, is a bit of a circus.
Thanks to the Toronto Standard for this and if you want to ensure you get the most out of this event, the make sure you read up on the Toronto Standard’s TO Underground Market Survival Guide.
